In 1444, a maidservant found after three visions a Maria statue at this very spot in the Eem. Nowadays a bench is situated next to a tree whose branches overhang the stream.

Every 10 seconds a falling waterdrop causes a rippling in our thoughts like an inspiration lifts our musing.
